He was predeceased by: his sister Sherry Hartlen. He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Vance and Darlene Hall (Fugate) of Louisville; his sister Pamela Smith; and his friend Angie Pulley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Follow Bethany Memorial Cemetery (10917 Dixie Hwy, Valley Station, KY 40272).
