He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Phillips and Virginia Phillips; his family, Nicole, Abigail and Meranda; and his sister Sharon Cockerham.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Marcum; his sister Linda Shaner (Stephen); his daughters, Nicole Flikkie (Chris), Abigail Cullen (Kevin) and Meranda Phillips; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Jr., Kennedy Cullen, Jon, Eli and Eva Flikkie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westport Road Church of Christ (4500 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40207). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
