He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Falkner and Clifford Falkner. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Falkner (Rebekah) and Carly Falkner; his granddaughter MJ Falkner; his sister Sherri Romano (Tom); his nieces, Stephanie (Maggie) and Christina (Zack); his nephew Nicholas; his brother Ron Falkner (Kim); his nieces, Brittany and Molly; his sister Kim Pitchford (Todd); his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Ashley and Joshua; his brother Jeff Falkner (Rheanne); his nieces and nephews, Addison and Elizabeth; his brother Steve Falkner (Ali); and his nieces and nephews, Lucy (Garrett), Caroline and Meg.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pearson's (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
