He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Luckett and Myrtle Luckett (Abell); and his siblings, Denny, Robert, Joe Earl, Glen and Linda Sandusky.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Cookie"; his children, Alan (Laura) of Springfield, KY, Terry (Linda), Alice Weber (Ken) of Louisville and Robin Berry (David) of Cub Run, KY; and his siblings, Jim "Tony", Elvina O'Daniel and Judy Mattingly. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (5505 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at the Highland Memory Gardens (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
