He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Sue Box and Patsy Weihe. He is survived by: his parents, David Box (Tracy) and Renee Hoppes (Frank); his stepsiblings, Brandon Cox (Tonya), Brock Cox (Amanda), Derrick Cox (Sarah), Shelby Kenney (James) and Christina Pyle (Brandon); and his grandfather Clyde Box. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In honor of Christian's memory, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
