She was predeceased by: her husband Larry G. Hay; her parents, Charles C. Murphy and Mary Ann Murphy; and her brothers, Charles G. "Jerry" Murphy and Patrick J. Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer "Jenn" M. and Laura M. Hay; and her sister Donna J. Murphy (Kevin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Shamrock Foundation or the Kentucky Humane Society.
