He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Smither (Bob) and Betty Smither; his wife Sonja Smither (Karnes); his children, Casey (Dan), Nikolaus (Morgan) and Jamie (Hunter); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Evelyn and Elle; and his brothers, Robert Lee Jr. (Sally) and James Michael.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pearson's (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207).
