Myers, FL.; his wife Lynn Ballard of Louisville, KY; his sons, Clay Johnston (Alison) of Bowling Green, KY and Evan Johnston (Liz Schneider) of Louisville, KY; his brother James Kevin Johnston (Cathy) of Knoxville, TN; his nephew Nathan England (Heather) of Knoxville, TN; his niece Morgan Johnston of Nashville, TN; and his stepmother Glenda Johnston of Franklin, TN..
