He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Phelps; and his son Jesse Leon Phelps. He is survived by: his sons, James "Jimmy" Phelps (Judy), John Phelps (Frances), Justin Phelps (Jenny) and Jason Phelps (Lori); his grandchildren, Chris Phelps (Amber), Greg Phelps (Madison), Austin Phelps, Jeremy Minor (Amber) and Kimberly House; and his great grandchildren, Clara Phelps, Cassius Phelps, Kayeleigh Eades, Morgan Eades, Alivia Eades, Ryelynn Minor and Lukas Minor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of Chandler's memory, the family requests contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
