He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sarah Reaves; his parents, Robert Sr. Ealy and Gladys Ealy; his uncle Cephas "Sonny Boy" Reaves; his aunt Halestine Pendarvis; and his siblings, Deborah, Toney and Robert Ealy.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Lane (Calvin); his cousins, Sandra Pendarvis, Jacqueline Kelly, Mary Linda Foxworth and Oretta Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Teneshia Baisden-Tigner (Fred), Terrance Baisden (Stephanie), Kashaka Harris (James), Sekou Ealy (Tiara), Andre Sellers and Toney Ealy Jr. (Terrye).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Stephen Church (1018 S 15th St, Louisville, KY 40210). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen Church (1018 S 15th St, Louisville, KY 40210).
