She was predeceased by: her husband Charles F. Herd; her parents, Florence Morris and Walter Morris; and her sister Betty Morris McWhorter. She is survived by: her sister Ann Morris Sherbakoff; and her children, Mary Herd Jackson (Kevin) of Louisville, Charles F. Herd, Jr. (Jenny) and Colonel Walter Morris Herd (Ann) of Simpsonville, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
