She is survived by: her sons, Mike Swayze and Bryan Sweazy; her grandchildren, Jonathan Michael Swayze, Christian "Mack" Hedegard and Marissa Fowler; her siblings, Diana Wilson (Jerry), Rita Grasch, Glenn Eberenz and Bernie Eberenz (Deborah); her close friend Andrew Luu; and her friends, Crystal and Carl Cun. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Albert the Great Church (1395 Girard Dr, Louisville, KY 40222). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (1395 Girard Dr, Louisville, KY 40222). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
