He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncle Colonel Jim Long; his father Victor; his friend Tyler Thompson; his close friends, Tom Fuller, Keith Heustis, Jack Tolliver and Hunter Wilson; his wife Beth; his children, Henry and Evelyn; and his siblings, Jim Ewen, Alice Massa (Paul) and Emily Oldham. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to honor Campbell's love of learning and nature to Louisville Collegiate School to support outdoor education at or the Bluegrass Land Conservancy.
