He was predeceased by: his daughters, Jacqueline C. Patrick and Lee Amber Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Marci Mills (Charles), Memra Patrick, Keith Nelson, Calvin L. Patrick, III (Tina), Norman Sizemore (Donna) and Scotty Patrick; and his wife Marilyn Patrick. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
