Brittany Lynn Ysunza Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brittany Lynn Ysunza of Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Keaton Alan Rhodes; her grandfather Douglas Lynn Brunson; her uncle Douglas V. Brunson; and her father James Ysunza Sr.. She is survived by: her son Kayden Alexander Velez; her mother Shanda Brunson; her brother Ethan Rhodes (Orinta); her nieces, Kathleen and Isabella; her uncles, Cliffton Brunson (Sara), Clayton Brunson and Troy Henry (Tammy); and her grandmothers, Phyllis Murphy, Marilyn Brunson and Connie Brunson. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
