She is survived by: her parents, James "Billy" Shelton and Tewana Strawbridge (Scott); her husband Jonathan Owens; her stepmother Rhonda Perkins; her children, Dominic Cook (Alexis), Levi Scott and Jazlynn Owens; her granddaughter Athena; and her siblings, Eddie Strawbridge (Danielle), Charles Shelton, Thomas Perkins, Brian Dozier, Cheyenne Mills (Avery) and Harley Kent (Matt Stanton).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
