She was predeceased by: her sister Roberta Mayfield-Dow. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Mayfield-Jones and Meghan Mayfield; her brother Nathan Calvin Mayfield (Veronice); and her grandson Josiah Dailey (Divah Lee). She is also survived by 1 niece; 3 nephews, a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Taylortown AME Zion Church (10901 Ballardsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40241). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
