Billy R. Humble Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy R. Humble of Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Billy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Billy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alonzo and Eula Cole Humble. He is survived by: his close friend Susan Bennett of Louisville, KY; his sons, Eric Humble (Lin) of Sugarland, TX and Greg Humble of Sugarland, TX; his stepdaughter Stacey Bennett of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Kaalan, Talan Humble, McKenna Kay and Ethan Long. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
