She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chesser and Marie Swell of Louisville; her siblings, Marvin Chesser and Gwen Orta; and her stepfather Charles Swell.
She is survived by: her close friend Charles Spencer; her children, Eydie Lannan (Mike), Angela Harris, Steven and Michael Orta; her grandchildren, Shaun Anderson, Britton Spencer and Taylor Henry; her great grandchildren, Jayden Anderson, Wyatt Hayes, Trinity Anderson, Loliana Spencer, Bella Ross and Kasey Hayes; and her siblings, Clarence Chesser and Carolyn Schultz.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Shively Baptist Church (1599 Sadie Ln, Louisville, KY 40216).
