She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Wayne and Blanche Wayne (Nation); her siblings, Jo Ann, Shirley, Carl, Ruth and Larry; and her grandparents, Ollie and Christine Nation.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon D. Snider Carla (Karen) and Chastity Hope Snider (Patrick); her grandchildren, Zachary, Logan Snider and Shawn Caswell; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Phoenyx; her brother Glenn Wayne (Teresa); and her pet Freya.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Betty's memory be made to The Kentucky Humane Society and/or The American Cancer Society.
