He is survived by: his children, Shannon McMillen (Brandon), Jacob Mullins, Joseph "Jody" Mullins and Christina Reynolds (Kenneth); and his brothers, Duyane Mullins, Joseph Mullins Sr. and Loree Bowman-Mullins. He is also survived by his wife, an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as countless friends and family.
