It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Eugene Cassidy of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Eugene Cassidy; and his siblings, Gayle Ellingsworth and Robert Girard Cassidy. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Ruth Cassidy (Smith); his siblings, Fred Cassidy, Ann Cassidy, Greg Cassidy (Maggie) and Don Cassidy; his nephews, Michael Blair (Tanya) and James "Jamie" Cassidy (Heather Montgomery); and his niece Hope Cassidy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church 3705 Stone Lakes Dr, Louisville, KY 40299 to the building fund.
