He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Barker; his wife Kathleen Partlow; his brothers, Kevin Barker and Joseph Barker; and his stepson Christopher Duffy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Barker and Mia Partlow; his grandchildren, Aiden Duffy, Louisa and Silas Partlow; and his brothers, Anthony Barker and Stephen Barker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
