She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Johnston (Booker T.) of Georgetown, GA; her grandchildren, Deone Maddox (Jazzmine) of Fayetteville, NC, Terry Johnson of Fayetteville, NC, Tony Johnson (Kim) of Eufaula, AL and Tiarra Johnson of Georgetown, GA; her sister Kathy Loving (Donald) of Simpsonville, KY; her daughter-in-law Delois Maddox of Louisville, KY; her siblings-in-law, Charles Taylor of Louisville, KY and Carol Maddox of Aurora, CO; and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Ramona Maddox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
