She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Lewis Birkhead and Nancy Louise Hester Birkhead. She is survived by: her children, Chloe Johnson and Justin Walters (Bella); her grandchildren, Kei'Lani Taylor and Ari Walters; her siblings, Larry Birkhead, Lewis Birkhead (Tracy) and Judy Birkhead; and her nieces and nephews, Amber, Kameron, Jacob and Dannielynn.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Nunnelley Chapel (4327 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
