He is survived by: his wife Mary Sharon Elliott; his children, Albert III of Louisville, Mike (Gina) of Louisville, Brian (Stephanie) of Bowling Green, KY and Susanne Buckler (Bob) of Louisville; his sisters, Rosemary Murray (Len) of Indianapolis, IN and Elizabeth "Becky" Melton (Leon) of Louisville; his nephew Robert Murray of Fishers, IN; and his grandchildren, Katie Buckler, Hannah, Abby, Brian David and Autumn Elliott.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St John Paul II Catholic Church (3521 Goldsmith Ln, Louisville, KY 40220).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to St John Paul II Parish at 3521 Goldsmith Ln., Louisville, KY 40220, Mass of the Air or Hosparus of Louisville.
