She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Smith and Reba McNeil Smith; and her son Ashley Kendall. She is survived by: her husband Holland Kendall; her children, Heidi Kendall-Sage (Chuck) and Dr. Dutch Kendall (Teresa); her grandchildren, Cameron, Haley, Lee, Anetta, Destiny and Rhiannon; and her brother Mendall Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fern Creek Baptist Church (5920 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
Memorial gifts may be made to Fern Creek Baptist Church in Adrienne's honor.
