He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Butch" Kenneth Miller. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Lee" Ford Miller; his mother Carrie Morgan Miller (Morgan); his pets, Nola Jane and Josie Bell; his brothers, Eric Miller (Anita) and Aaron Miller (Jennifer Cooper); and his nieces, Priya and Sarina Miller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
