She is survived by: her parents, Rick Futch and Mary Futch; her sister Amy L. Futch; and her pet Darla.
A committal service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Chapel at Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
