He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Frazier and Mary Lakin Frazier; his wife Elizabeth Ann Frazier; and his daughter Robin Morrison. He is survived by: his children, Arlene Ward (Jeff) and Todd Frazier (Amy); his brothers, James "Jim Doc" Frazier and Elmer "Lake" Frazier; and his grandchildren, Peyton Ferguson, Tim Morrison, Cody Ward, Josh Morrison, Lexie Brewer, Tyler Ward and Addison Kiser.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the BIG Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church (27 Big Hurricane Creek Rd, Fort Gay, WV 25514).
