He was predeceased by: his parent Vernon Ward Perry. He is survived by: his parent George W. Perry of Tomahawk, KY; his wife Jeanine S. Maynard Perry; his sons, Timothy Kyle Scott (Megan) of Louisa, KY and Austin Blake Scott of Louisa, KY; his siblings, James Perry of Inez, KY, Johnathon Perry of Inez, KY, Samantha Muncy of Inez, KY and Janet Thornsberry; and his grandchildren, Makayla Leigh Robertson, Elijah James Scott and Malachi Isaiah Scott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
