With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Lee Cantrell of Louisa, Kentucky, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ray Cantrell. He is survived by: his mother Cleta Cantrell; his daughter Shonda Maynard (Corey); his siblings, Bobby Cantrell (Peggy), Patti Wells and Belma Bentley; his grandson Hendryx Maynard; his uncle Von Cantrell (Judy); and his cousin Eric Cantrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations be made.
