He is survived by: his children, Thomas Stacy, Jr. of Hazard, KY, Donna Hinkle of Louisa, KY and Teresa Lynn Spillman of Louisa, KY; his siblings, Abe Stacy of Inez, KY and Oretha Bowen of Inez, KY; and his close friend Carol Rudd. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
