He was predeceased by: his parents, George Herman Endicott and Laura Bell Maynard Endicott; and his grandchild Layla. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tracy McCullough; his children, Ralph Endicott (Danielle) of Portsmouth, OH, Thurman Endicott, Jr. (Connie) of Fort Gay, WV and Jennifer Marcum (Jamey) of Louisa, KY; his siblings, Darrell Endicott of Pikeville, KY, Virginia Moore (Sol) of Louisa, KY and Marie Fletcher of Louisa, KY; his uncle Bennie Marcum; and his grandchildren, Shenna Lee of Ben-Ben, T. J., Charlie Jay, Landon, Penelope, Jonathon "Bug", Julie, Allan and Bentley.
