She was predeceased by: her parents, Hezekiah Carl and Mae Perry Frazier; her husband Wilford Napier; her son Able Tosh Napier; and her siblings, Joe Ball, Carol Jean Kitts and Christine Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Carl Napier (Sharon), Jackie Napier (Tammy), Lisa Michelle Ransbottom (Dennis) and Terresa Lynn Finley (Roger); and her brothers, Carl Herbert Frazier, Jack Frazier and Richard Frazier. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; and 25 Great Grandchildren.
