It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Juanita Carter of Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Elwood Cantrell; and her father-in-law Arnett Hogston. She is survived by: her husband Roger Carter; her brother Emery Cantrell of Blaine, KY; and her mother-in-law Gloria Hogston. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses. Please consider making a donation to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
