She is survived by: her husband Fred Perry; her sons, Tom Perry and Bobby Gayheart (Melissa); her siblings, Debbie Fisher (Dick), Lana Lawless (Jeff) and Rock Meadows (Theresa); her grandchildren, Jacob Gayheart (Miranda) and Hannah Gayheart; her great grandchildren, Bryson Gayheart, Caleb Gayheart and Sawyer Gayheart; and her sisters-in-law, Tammy Dean (Mike), Betty Ailes and Sonja Keyse. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
