He is survived by: his sons, Caden Lee Wallace of Louisa, KY., Peyton Tyler Wallace of Louisa, KY. and Dawson Raine Wallace of Louisa, KY.; his wife Dream Dawn Wallace; his siblings, Melinda Wallace of Louisa, KY and Kenny Wallace (Kenneth) of Louisa, KY; his niece Haley Griffith of Louisa, KY; his brother-in-law Joshua Staton; his mother-in-law Hester L. Johnson; and his aunts, Kathy Pridemore (Joann) of Louisa, KY and Eunice Burgess of Louisa, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
