He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ratcliff; his children, Jessica Chapman (Adam), Kasey Chapman, Johnathan Johnson (Nyki) and Ronnie Lee Ratcliff; his grandchildren, Zachary Jude, Rylee Jude, Tyler Jude, Jessalynn Jude, Erika Chapman, Kaiden Chapman, Colton Johnson, Remi Johnson, Brycen Hoosier and Amiya Hoosier; his siblings, Charlene Cantrell (Tony), Donald Ratcliff and Brandon Ratcliff; his close friend Wallace Jude; and his nephew Zachary Cantrell.
