He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Tackett and Grace Meade Tackett; his granddaughter Jessica Cason; and his brother Mike Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Alana Toler Tackett; his sons, Dwayne Tackett (Megan), Lewis Tackett (Monique) and Lee Tackett (Jenny); and his siblings, Helen Lusk, Randall Tackett, Robin York, Penny Runyon, Martha Roberts, Karen Gary, Mark Tackett, Fred Tackett, Larry Tackett and Joe Tackett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
