He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. H. Bernal Lewis and Lovena Lewis (Well). He is survived by: his daughter Kyla Nicole; his son-in-law Michael Shane Ward; his grandson Tanner D. Castle; and the mother of his child Karen Lewis.
