He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rowe and Esta Elizabeth Lowe Rowe; his wife Lillian Rowe; and his siblings, Grover, George, Sam, Ray, Linzie, Kenneth, Joe, Walt Rowe, Charlene Thompson and Nellie Shirley Preston.
He is survived by: his children, Dallas Rowe and Brenda Price (George); his granddaughter Tristan Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Alissa Cook, Aubree Cook, Ashlee Rowe, Addalynn Rowe, Brayson Cook, Peyton Rowe, Branton Rowe, Mason Rowe and Riley Childers. He is also survived by nephews & nieces.
