It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellgene Dolbear (Louisa, Kentucky), who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Loar and Cella Crabtree (Peck); her husband Dave Dolbear; and her sister June Dean. She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Prater and Brian Prater (Crystal); and her grandchildren, Robin and Mindy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
