Spears (Elizabeth); her nephew Daniel Edward Spears; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Faye Britt (James R. Britt) and Doris Ann Wellman (Thompson).
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, James Franklin II and Roy Martin; her grandson Zachary Tyler of Huntington; her siblings, Nancy Workman (Charlie) of Ft. Gay and Sam Wellman of Campbellsville; her sister-in-law Edna Williams of Ona; her niece Debbie Carter (Mike) of Campbellsville; and her nephews, Samuel Wellman Jr. (Terry) of Hickory, NC, Howard Terry Spears (Beverly) of Proctorville, H. Keith Spears (Rita) of Campbellsville, Marc Workman (Michelle) of Ft. Gay, Michael Lee Workman of Ashland, Matt Workman (Jackie) of Prichard and Greg Michael (Janina) of Huntington.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Nell's name either to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House or Big Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church.
