She is survived by: her children, Heath Maddox (Tami) of Louisa, KY, David Michael Maddox (Donna) of Russell, KY and Danna Williams (Gary) of Louisa, KY; and her grandchildren, Mikailyn Huffman, Milan Maddox, Mykelson Maddox, Graydan Williams and Kara Felty. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
