He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Parsley and Elizabeth "Libby" Cassell Parsley; his wife Jodi Webb Parsley; his children, Luke Michael Parsley and Elle Addison Parsley; his brother Steve Parsley; his half-brother Bryan Maynard (Mitzi); his parents-in-law, Prentice Jackson Webb and Melody Webb; and his siblings-in-law, Jaime Stalvey (David), Jackie Hildebrand (Don), Jeremy Webb (Jessica) and Josh Webb (Krista).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Louisa Building Fund.
