He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clayton and Iva Short; and his aunts, Marlene Kysier and Gayle White. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hackett; his pet Annie of Louisa, Kentucky.; his siblings, Todd Hackett (Jamielee) of Louisa, Jeffrey Hackett (Cindy) of Buffalo and Christine Miller (Joe) of Groton; his aunts, Lois Cross of Hartford and Judy Patterson (Robert) of Rock Island; and his friend Becky Holcomb of Richford. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
