He was predeceased by: his parents, Ishmel McCormick and Erma McCormick (Caudill). He is survived by: his children, Sherry McCormick, Keith McCormick, April Harper, Annie Bowens and Michael McCormick; and his siblings, Pat Little, Kathy Thompson and Jim McCormick. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
