He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Mark B. Kingston and Marion Hurst Kingston; his sister Suzanne Kingston; and his in-laws, R. C. and Libby Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Wells Kingston; his daughter Stephanie Kingston (Michelle Buie) of Halifax; his brother-in-law Chris Wells of Louisa, KY.; his friends, Mike and Toni Armstrong; and also, Paula Kingston (late Al Cook) of Ottawa, Brian Kingston (late Kerry Kingston), Drew Kingston (Michelle McCabe) and Martha Kingston (Stephen Penney) of Toronto. He is also survived by co-workers, and close friends.
