She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Tackett and Ollie Tackett (Trimble); her husbands, Charles Maynard and Walter Keeton; and her siblings, Audrey Derifield Ormandy and Ishmael James Tackett.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Rody Maynard; her grandsons, Charles David Maynard (Mihaela) of Louisville, KY and Jeremiah Lewis Maynard (Anna) of Rineyville, KY; her great grandchildren, Amisi Marie, Alexandra Grace, Addison Olivia and Ainsley McKenna; and her sister Maxina Damron.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the First Baptist Church of Louisa Missions Fund.
